The Life’s Plan Formula

  • Step 1. Recognize

    This is where your transformation begins.
    You uncover the subconscious beliefs, emotional imprints, and protective patterns that have been shaping your experiences.
    You gain clarity on where these patterns came from, why they formed, and how they’ve been influencing your life.

  • Step 2. Recode

    Once the pattern is visible, we shift it at the root.
    Using RTT, neuroplasticity, visualization, and subconscious reframing, we replace outdated programming with empowering truths.

  • Step 3. Radiate

    In this phase, your healing moves from the mind into the body.
    The insights and belief shifts from your RTT session — reinforced daily through your 21-day transformation recording — are anchored into your nervous system through Reiki and energy alignment.
    This is where your new patterns become your default way of being, and you start radiating your upgraded self into every area of your life.
