What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a completely natural state of deep focus and relaxation — one you already enter many times a day without realizing it.

It’s the same state you slip into when you’re driving and suddenly realize you’ve arrived at your destination but can’t recall every turn you took, or when you’re so absorbed in a movie that you forget the world around you. What to Expect During an RTT Session?

Each RTT session lasts about two hours, held either in person or online. You’ll be fully aware, deeply relaxed, and completely safe as we explore the memories and beliefs connected to the issue you want to transform.

Through a gentle, guided hypnotic state, we access the subconscious mind — where long-held patterns and emotional imprints are stored. Together, we uncover the original experience or meaning behind your challenge, bring understanding to it, and reframe the story so it supports who you are today.

Once we’ve recoded the old belief into a new, empowering truth, I’ll create a custom 15-20 minute transformation audio, written and recorded specifically for you. You’ll listen to this recording for 21 consecutive days, allowing your subconscious to fully integrate your new neural pathways and solidify lasting change.
